the download manager of my browser flags it when it finishes downloading, i tried every link and itch.io itself. The online version is really slow too so that wasn't an option

Sorry to hear that, can't say what's the exact problem. As far as I'm concerned, no popular browsers and antiviruses have any issues with the game. My only guess is that your browser doesn't like the fact the game has no publisher. If you'd really like to play, you can download it through Edge or literally anything else and check it on VirusTotal for your confidence.

Are you sure this is a question for this game? There's definitely no NTR in it.
How is picture of the four LIs being at four different glory holes not NTR? I haven't played, which is why I'm asking for clarification.

Now I see. It's basically just a bit of additional content, small clicker game as a teaser to future updates, in which Rei would have this gloryhole as his scene. It's not related to the story just yet. While the other characters will have their own new scenes, it would have been unwise to release this version without more attention to them.
So answering on your first question, yes, it's avoidable.
