Sorry I'm a little late this update lads. Yea so this update is pretty meh? I mean we get 2 full new animations, both of which are flashback imagination scenes to what actually happened, and while not totally in focus, the majority of it is full in focus animation. No sex, but still good stuff. I'll sauce the
As for the story this time around, if you care for the spoilers, basically MC gets too hard seeing the image from last update and ends up going home from work. Rina catches him and takes him to bedroom and gives him a hanjob while describing what Kenji and her did in the changeroom. Then MC and Rina have sex as she describes the next thing she did with Kenji. Following day, they head to the beach, and Rina comes out wearing really slutty bikini, lots of guys staring. It's not the bikini you pick from last update, but one Kenji liked. At this point, a giga chad type character comes up to hit on Rina and gets brushed off. Lovestory hinted about a mysterious new character in their update so I assume it's this guy, but god we do not need anymore bloat to get in the way of this story so I hope they drop that idea.
Anyways, Rina and Kenji are playing on the beach and Kenji falls ontop of Rina and gets hard. Rina says they can't leave Kenji like that or he'll be hard for hours, and says she needs to take care of it somewhere private. MC says ok, and lets them go off, but after a while goes to find them. Update ends when we see Rina's upper body as she's getting fucked doggy style, but we also notice the giga chad from earlier is watching from behind the wall, and ends with a "shit what do I do now" moment.
Honestly, this is really another mid ass update. We still don't get to actually watch anything happen, and its ending with another cliffhanger that will 100% end up causing us not to get to watch her getting fucked. However this is a step in the right direction insofar as Lovestory isn't totally blurring scenes now, so hopefully that means they are listening to feedback. As much as this game leaves so much to be desired, and Lovestory needs to drop Stolen and the other sides stories and just work on the RinaxKenji part of DW, I do really believe there is a lot of potential for greatness with this game at some point. Especially if they keep the trend of non-blurred animations.

kinda crazy how the new update follows "Indecent Wife Hana" plot. Its the exact same plot, wife goes to beach with revealing bathing suit and then has sex later on and the peeping tom watching.

People give this criticism alot. Tho honestly I don't personally know why people hype IWH so much. I tried it, and as one of the biggest NTR fans out there, the game just did not hit for me. The story felt... idk weird? and the art was just not good.
It's not that that game is good (I agree with you there), it's that this one is plotwise such a copy. It's just unnecessary. That's something else I don't understand with this dev. It would be very easy, even if he took the same premise, to write the story differently, we are not speaking about very original or difficult or creative plotpoints here. The dev just doesn't care.
Or maybe there is a common source for both we don't know? A text?

Yea fair enough. My assumption is Lovestory probably just isn't a good writer or doesn't have confidence in their writing. They do have some decent animation skill, so maybe they are hoping to fill in the gaps there?
