I don't think he's using Redmoa's version of Velma. I think the Velma model he will be using is created by someone else.

Can you try with a VPN?

Your ISP may be blocking the only source currently active (would be great to have people staying in seed once downloaded but I can't force them) because I can confirm that it work, I just did the test on a 4G mobile connection from my phone at work.

I'll probably post it on public tracker to get more reliable source like TPB.

Thanks I should get around to getting a vpn anyway but it's working now
