I don't think art style gonna stop anyone from lewding the characters. For example, on the green site there are over a thousand images for Crayon Shin-chan (which art style are obviously even more childish than Doraemon.) And speaking of, Doraemon's images are about to reach 4900... Sure a lot of the arts are from the artist own style, but I would say the majority at least tried to mimic the originals.
