He shouldn't had to remove Nobita completely from the game just by replacing it with some another dude would be fine, but let's see how much of a slow burn corruption of Mom he can provide.

Just checked patreon page and there is no update regarding this game, but there is an update regarding lustful society by BigBoner, idk if mayonnaise and BigBoner are both Same person..(Both use Same artstyle and they follow eachother in twitter and mayonnaise always posts regarding Lustful society game update in twiiter) Maybe he's working on two different project at a time?
There was before the remake. It was removed so he could keep using Patreon but you can change Relationship to make it so to a point

So some dev removed some sex scenes? I thought I saw in the review lot's of sex and little story but the only sex that I see is with Suneo's mom and just one position, I don't count the sex with the dad
