I really like these kind of silly games. And I like big tits. Which are everywhere. It would have helped with more sex scenes. Let us lewd the bosses or something.
It's quite cleverly designed, despite it's unserious nature. Items matters a lot in the first one-third to around the halfway point of the game. I remember exploring the "Central City" (which had the anal gate). The toilets had some ass in the wall enemies. They drop a strange parfume. Not particularly useful in normal fights, quite useful against a certain boss.
I like the risk reward aspect of the game. Do you push further or do you stop now. Do you buy more items and save for a better weapon or do you buy the affordable one now and safe for an better than what is available in the current area and save for the next? For me it's worth more consideration with how attack damage scales linearly. I know the when and if to buy conundrum is a stable to RPG's. It just seems to matter more here.
The reviewer said there is no fast travel. That is untrue. Defeating the biker lady in the first mayor city (after the butt village) allows for fast travel. There's not much reason to fast travel beforehand. What? Are you gonna defeat more goblins? The barrier guardian is still way out of your league at that point.
