@Shaso I absolutely enjoyed this current version version of this game. When one just finds out about an updated game, and spends all night playing it to near the end of a the current version, then it's definitely a compelling game to play.
There are several bugs/typos that do need to be addressed (as well as questions of my own), though. These are just in the order as they come to mind as I type them.

- The switch enabling the first photographer scene in the memory room doesn't trigger.
- After the forced date with Kalix, there is a kind of game breaking loophole I found. The flow of the events seems to be [ clean up -> spend rest of day at home -> ??? -> wake up next morning and leave room-> Kalix's apology scene ], but what I did was [ clean up -> spend rest of day at home -> sleep -> h-game -> sleep -> no new event trigger]. I also used the "return to map" option, which shouldn't technically happen if Noemi is in the middle of an event-driven scene, much like how the "skip time" is disabled during the same setting.
- Is the cooking with Agapiy repeatable daily event? because if it is, then the switch tracking if I did for that day or not doesn't reset after sleeping (I did check this after completing the "Father's Heart Conquest!" quest, but since the other daily events are possible and selecting cooking tells me I already did that suggest the flag's not resetting from day to day).
- Is the story-arc with Agapiy supposed to end after the cafe event upon completing the "Father's Heart Conquest!" quest? Based on the dialog, I'm assuming that Noemi is supposed to discuss further what Agapiy wanted to say, but selecting talk with him the next morning re-enabled the sleeping over dialog, which I already completed when working on the Midea route.
- While working to get the "Do't install DQ6!" scene (the 't typo confused me as to you meant "Do" or "Don't"), doesn't unlocking that scene technically mean Noemi failed the quest? or will there be any further development on this arc at all, like a reconciliation event or a devious training route? Since we're technically placing a time limit on an RNG event (which is highly unlikely from our money-making efficient player perspective, but from Noemi's it's the nature of the business to not always find what you're looking for), she could have tried and failed the quest in those three days yet find the game on a later date.

if you go to the memories room on the pc and interact with the boxes it should give you a hint, i only used it late game but one would assume early scene boxes also have hints.
By increasing you LS above 13.
Besides that, asking help from Kalix to ship the drugs to another location is the only thing that is consider "preperation," but the story kinda forces you to do that, anyway. It prompts you to save before doing it, so if you feel like you missed something, you can always reload the save.So I went into this thinking the art has a nice style I like, but its only 0.3 and from what I understood russian, which often leads to translations so crude it kills my enjoyment... BUT i was very positively surprised. Far more content than I expected, nice pacing to the corruption when I blind played it and a nice setting with some good character interactions. The meta way of having her get more into lewd things via the games is a nice nod.
I don't know what it is exactly, but I really enjoy the protagonist and how she develops. I used the skip this time because of the daunting length of the intro, but now I am intruiged enough so when the next updates rolls along I will surely play from scratch and go through the whole intro.

Is this after the Kalix date (wears the mask and red jacket)? If so, then you probably left via the map option in the menu. You were supposed to sleep to the next day, leave the bedroom, and an event triggers where Kalix apologizes to you, thus continuing the story. If you can get that event to trigger, great. I had to restart from an earlier save when I was trying to figure it out.
