I can't get the second scene after taking a shower because noemi can't go out of bathroom naked. I already installed patch.txt

Excuse me but it seems im having trouble with the box club quest. I'm trying to finish it as soon as it was given and ordered the uniform from the pc right away, but the quest in the menu "start the classes" hasnt progressed or changed at all yet even after i bought it. I tried going to the Box lub after I bought the uniform and the instructor told me that im not wearing the uniform. How do i even wear the clothes in the first place?? Do i just have to progress the story until a certain point and then be able to start the box club questline? or is this bugged?

I did a quick start to see the new Agapy stuff. Got to the institute where I was supposed to acquire a school uniform. Didn't find it. Left. Now the entire plot seems stuck, can't progress with anything, can't acquire an uniform anywhere.
