For the Video tapes, its in chapter one only, so easiest way is just to start a new game and you will see it. the VHS and tapes will despawn once u reach chapter 2.

replay CH 2 find the tape

At the beginning of the game:
Remember to press the ''H'' key to hide the text + screen overlays whenever there's a hot scene playing
The superimposed text is hidden and that's it, the black bar remains on a third of the screen!
