The first blood bag is next to Bella's room, the second in the first area of the game in the bushes, the third in Cell IV and the fourth, just opposite in the Doll Room
It seems to me that if we give the first bag of blood to Bella, that closes the quest and makes the 3 other bags disappear.. that's why the dev's advised to save before.

here is my unofficial android port of Dimitrescu's Lewd Castle CH3.
from now on my android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage (or a new one on Android 11
), because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.

Couldn't find any of those blood bags, but I didn't gave any to Bela earlier either. Found out they only appear when you talk to her and choose "I want to learn more about you".
