there are hundreds of LLM out there that are decent enough, i dont know why people don't just use ai to translate, instead using shit like Bing and Google.

its kinda buggy, I never got escape quests for any of the top row girls
ryuugames has a new English version of the most recent one (just got it last night), and its comprehensible! The fight battles lock up on me in the MRI level whenever there's the floating ghost-head enemy. So if you can't one-shot that guy, def run away and try the RNG again
the enemys are overpowerd it´s hard to level up if you try and if you lose it´s gameover and you need to reload a saveslot and you can only save on one statue so if you spend time on leveling but lose on the "boss" well you just wasted all your time even if you realize you don´t have enough hp for the boss you can´t leave untill you win or die. so in my point of view to make the game playable or enjoyable get rid of gameover screen and make a sexscene if you lose to someone and then respawn at the statue
If you need some help, you can tell the doctor that you want to be with her to temporarily team up. I believe you can do it until you complete your first emergency mission. So, make sure you level up and go to the contamination room to get your party members. If you need help with causing an escape mission, getting 3 energy balls will make Maria escape and 3 heals will make Anastasia escape.
Thanks but i already found that out but the escape mission still kill me with almost no chance. I did beat the guy after like ten trys but the girls are much stronger and if i try to level i die and lose almost all the process i don´t know if i´m just unlucky but i´m not going to continue playing this game at least until i can save wherever i want still thank you

Edit: Found them. Blowjob scenes occur in the men's locker room, the "Falling into Abnormal sexual desire" is unlocked after defeating the final boss (You can't really watch it happens, to see it you need to load the save after you beat the boss)

Not worth it, not playable at all to be honest, besides names not being trasnlated game itself is difficult as we can not save whenever we want and enemies are ruthless, if MC is level 1 they are level 10 or above.
