1-Outside Liza's House
2-Green tent by the school
3-Entrance to the cemetary

You need to collect ALL the eggs, until the MC tells you to stop
check under chicken check everywhere, there are quit a few, and don’t forget to check the sides of the screen.

as for how to cook them, best thing to do is to click on every cupboard, fridge, plates and stove in the kitchen.
