You are talking about the 2nd part of the game as I understand it. I have long ago posted here a patch that opens all paid scenes there. Installation is simple, throw the folder \game\ in the root folder of the TSOTH with confirmation of merging folders and replacing files. Of course, the file \archive.rpa\ in the folder \game\ in your game should first be unpacked using UnRen
