i believe users made guro tag in forum section, but yeah is just not site implemented so can't use it with filter system.
which is what I used to think as well, but i keep seeing people reporting games with graphic violence tag saying it is TOO graphically violent. I think people's understanding of it is just you may beat up women or theres some bleeding and combat. not emphasis on violence itself. personally do agree graphic violence tag worked well, but when I try to specifically find guro stuff, I also get flooded with games that just have vaginal bleeding or dude getting shot with a gun with graphic violence sometimes.
