Well there isnt a cap right now so you can increase it with homo events, random events throughout the city, homo choices etc.

It is optional yes, you come to a choice to opt out of it pretty soon into the game, there is a variable by the name bnwofalse that if set to true should block out bnwo events entirely

Also just wanted to inform that from v0.60 onwards players will be able to download update content only since the game size is getting pretty large, you'll just have to drag the new content into an old version to update it =)

New version is out and just wanted to leave a little comment for those of you who arent in my discord, from v0.59 -> 0.60 onwards you will be able to download the new content only and update the game yourself instead of having to redownload the whole game again and again, this is due to the game size getting pretty large, thank you!
