It would be awesome if the dev threw in some kind of acknowledgement of their racial differences. I always thought she was indian and not black since she worked for MC's uncle there.
Black, Indian, racially ambiguous, either way she's a dark skinned servant in a majority white community during the Victorian era. The potential is there for a very rare kind of character development.

its possible she fears the mc´s personality will become like that of the Townspeople, the female cook in the manor could kill with her gaze alone not to mention her constant yelling, lily certainly was like a mother to mc and his sister and with the rape of the sister the only remaining Family for both of them, the siblings have treated her with love and the mc could become the man that she longs for to love and to be loved the thought to lose this is terrible for her

the whole island gives a Lovecraft/Eldritch/Cuthulu vibe with a pinch resident evil village and creepypasta, the silhouette from the beast in the woods with the native girl from afar looks for me like mr. widemouth, could be a Wendigo

There’s a pseudo-incestuous element to their relationship as well. She might just be “the help” but it seems like she’s helped raise the MC and his sister from a young age and he seems to consider her as a member of the family.
Which might be why she’s struggling with fully giving into whatever’s causing her increased lust.
Start a new game or, if you've done saves, load one that's before the choice that unlocks that scene
MC's sister wasn't implied to be molested, it was explicitly stated.

You already can, it's called "gallery". If you mean in the story mode, then Redikal already said that it's not that type of game. It's not a sandbox, the scenes are part of the story.
I wouldn't call it linear, since it does have branches/routes/story paths/whatever. Plus you can roam through the town.
It's called "having an art style", but you wouldn't understand, since you work with 3dcg.
