Will she develop some kind of pathological obsession with the MC? Something like a "yandere". She kinda already wants to overprotect the MC from women out of nowhere and given the nature of the game it may make sense this kind of horrifying twist.

It would be awesome if the dev threw in some kind of acknowledgement of their racial differences. Nothing racists of course, just need to hear Lily call the MC a little white boy or something to demonstrate her pent up lust and frustrations as a black woman coalescing into urges to own him sexually.

Black, Indian, racially ambiguous, either way she's a dark skinned servant in a majority white community during the Victorian era. The potential is there for a very rare kind of character development.

There’s a pseudo-incestuous element to their relationship as well. She might just be “the help” but it seems like she’s helped raise the MC and his sister from a young age and he seems to consider her as a member of the family.
