There are in total: 5 routes. Lily, Hale, Charlotte, Arabelle, and the Harem Route. The Harem Route can nab you most of the scenes but you'd miss out on a couple: Old Washing Lady, Helping out the Gardener which is the only way you can save him if you do care about him much later. There's quite a bit more before the finale of the game. It is nearing the end of development as far as I've seen expressed here. I think we're getting like one more day before choosing how to end it with Pregnancies, escaping the island, or something more horrific if you seek out the secrets and do nothing with the ladies. It's a slow development but honestly for the quality of art, atmosphere and sometimes writing, I think most are willing to forget about this game while it proceeds to reach its final stages for its complete release. There's a lot of dialogue trees that you won't ever see unless you're on a different route and treat the characters in favor of one or the other. Arabelle does not flee if you are on her route if I am remembering right. If it feels like there's not a lot... that's probably because you weren't there for when it did start. I was there a bit early on and we were lucky to have 1 day finished. Right now it has 8 days. If would recommend consulting the Walkthrough for R13. It will definitely help you with some of the scenes aside from Lily's, her one you just have to keep track of going after both Hale and Lily exclusively to get the respective variations. That and a slight variation with Charlotte of if you both lose your V cards at the same time or not. As far as I know... there will be more extras and a bit of fun with the Tribal woman. I mean she's been there for I think the longest time but didn't have many scenes to speak of until much later in development. I don't think we'll see another update for a while so, do check on it later this year or so. As far as know, it isn't just the art assets that take awhile, looking at the image files themselves, the way they construct it to animate in the scenes takes time but I also imagine it takes just as long for 6 different variations to take account for: No sex/corruption 5 Routes with the women, whether you've engaged with the secrets, and anything else that may be accounted for like with the gambling mini game to get the respective items that improve your inventory, allow you to get rare plants for the doctor or the one that involves a secret ending to the game. I think we'll hear more about the next update in about... 6 months. Maybe next year or so. Check on this game next year or in November. Hope this helps.

OKAY. SO. I figured it out and managed to get it in one try. In order to obtain the alternate scenes with Lily you have to pursue both her and Hale at the same time while rejecting the advances of both Charlotte and Arabelle. To do this is simple: Reject Charlotte in both the hallway and the Saloon by spitting out the "tea". For Arabelle this one doesn't seem so straight forward but you have two choices: give the candle to the Priest OR do nothing and leave it in the box for it to disappear the following day. Make sure you save before choosing to be submissive or assertive. It's mostly a dialogue difference than actual scenery if you're curious but it does however showcase just what a difference it is for Dante to be influenced by whom he is shaking up with. Being Assertive with Hale makes him in turn be as cold as her. In addition, in order to get Anal with Molly, on the final day so long as you've already done it with her by giving her the hat OR the necklace the day before, I accidentally did both in the same day somehow, in the final day for this update, day 8, after talking to the guy nearby Arabelle's place you can talk to Molly and get the scene by simply saying "yes". It took some time to figure out but I've done it. Nabbed every available erotic scene. But I haven't seen every variation of dialogue or the routes themselves in their entirety. There are however variation differences with Hale and whether you are either railing her or she's forcing you to do all the work. Otherwise, outside of some temporal difference that were possible in earlier builds, most scenes only have a difference with dialogue or previous choices that influence the end of the game. I can tell it is going to be a wild ride trying to program and keep track of what routes players are on. Whether it is a complete harem, singular route, or a mix of some of the characters, it's going to be quite a finale once this game does finish development. I just hope it doesn't feel anti-climatic.

In order to unlock that scene, you must first unlock the previous scenes and it should be somewhat automatic so long as you've made the right choices. Regardless of whether you've had your first time with her or not. If I remember right, I think that event is on day 7? Might be 8, just before things really ramp up. Either way you just have to engage with her storyline and find her often enough to make good choices with and improve your affiliation with her. Hope that helps, just keep playing and if you feel like you're stuck somewhere... consult the Walkthrough or get familiar with how the days play out and act accordingly.
We're going to be in the dark for a while. Expect to hear some news this late fall or next year. The development cycle for this game has been on and off for about 6 months apart. It is sort of yearly that respect. But seeing that it is nearing its end soon, the next update might be the final one, it might be the final section for all we know.
I would like if they release a shot update with the one scene with lady hale that should had been in the latest update.

They don't stream on any sort of website, no clue what gave you that impression. But, the next update is R14. In the past during the early days of this game's development did have segments mostly due to bug fixes, art reworks, and a few quality of life changes. If you want to stay in touch with what they're doing, subscribe to the patreon. If I remember right, there's a poll they got setup.

Man there is something special loving an evil woman, everyone else gets the worst of her but you get the best, the fact you get her kindness even if it's one sided it's damn alluring. But you can't slip up or get lazy because then she would end you like she have done to everyone else that crossed her.
