You really should make the chars bodies like the original. The body is way too asymetric.

Haha that's fair. I suppose the issue is that I'm treating it like a novel. I've already planned out a lot of things in advance but slowly modify the story to fit certain scenarios. Some people will love it and others will hate it

I think you would be way better off remaking the game with your new vision in mind.

I have to say I did feel a bit disappointed by how you turned this and made all characters betray the mc... the only thing that keeps me playing this is because I know you and your team are hard workers and will turn this back in the proper direction again. Just know that most of the players do get attached to certain characters and having them turn on us will make us consider dropping the game completely, I was at that point too myself but did not drop it because I trust your skills.
Anyway, will see how you turn all this back

I take it we're talking Ren'Py 7.4 and more specifically it having set gl2 = True, yes? If so, there's two ways you can go about it. Disabling model-based rendering (see below) for now – which would buy you time to upgrade your rig – or build it yourself. Pull a version, unpack the assets, delete the .rpyc files, and build using Ren'Py 7.3.5, for instance. Be sure to keep your newly compiled .rpyc files on any subsequent update by temporarily unpacking the game files and only moving over assets like images and script files. That should keep your saves compatible with your version.

Oh boy! I am getting antsy for whats to come! Cant wait to severely punish EVERYONE involved in the betrayal, and finally maim, torture and at the end Hakai Dumbfuck(The son I got betrayal tinglies the moment he came to be). At least I hope we get to smack the shit out of Vados as punishment(think in the line of BDSM/extremely disobedient sub), and possibly strip her of power for some time while it goes on too, and def overkill the son, with a side of Hakai, extra crispy. IDGAF if he's the current heir to the throne, we can always make a new one, and a way better one at that. We are GOD, better leave heirs worthy of it too, as beings like Dumbfuck is , just that, overly arrogant Dumbfucks.

I tried and I just can't get into the design of some of the characters that barely look anything like the established characters and I've never been a fan of these types of games or artists exaggerating ... "assets". Beside that there seems to be some jarring differences in quality/character designs too which just in the preview images is pretty noticeable, the lack of consistency reminds me of those games were some developer is just searching through Rule34 and taking images to throw into their "game".

That's completely cool and I totally get it. The style isn't for everyone, I suppose its just something you either like or not, if that makes sense?
