A good start. I think it will be fun to see where the mc's adventures take him. It seems like a fantasy world so hopefully he can romance/fuck a variety of fantasy races.

It is a great start. But not enough to get it rated.
I highly suggest you do the naming of the characters for it to be appropriate lore wise. You only know can tell whats gonna world would it be and what name would fit every character lore wise. It is really hard naming people when you don't know the character and what appropriate name would be good lore wise. It would be great also to put a default name for the mc but changeable for the others who want it.

I recognize this vagina. I have seen this exact same gross looking gaping hole in dozens of other 3d games already.
I wish people reusing 3d assets would find a different vagina model to use instead of this one
