I think people might not realize that Toffi is working with a new game engine. And by working with a new engine I mean "writing a new engine"
I'm not a coder so I could be mistaken, but this seems to be the main culprit to why the game looks and feels so empty.

Yeah, if people were to read his dev blog, they would find out that this is just the very first tech demo. It's not really supposed to be shared outside those that are most avid to follow their work. Give Toffi 3-6 months, and this game will be much, much more expanded.
The first installment was interesting, but it didnt resonate neither with him nor his blog's audience, hence why the shift to beat-em-up. Except it's new engine work, so they have to redo swathes of scripting, utilizing the new tools they got and new possibilities to implement (this build, for example, introduces a much better cumshot animation than he had in every other game of his)

Gotta see the control scheme for your controller or keyboard. Toffi kinda has weird controls sometimes.
The controls are indeed nonsense, and I don't think rebinding them helps. The genre switch is also disappointing. Oh well, it happens.
Figure I should share newly released demo, which, while still clearly a tech demo than real game, at least shows much more than last one, hopefully quietening down the current foul mood over barebonyness of it all.
Not gonna copy changelogs as they are more or blogposts than that, but who ever edits main posts, should definitely cut out current "Developer Notes" section as it was written before the genre shift.
Also, if folk are not finding their grip with control scheme, here's one I used myself, specifically to be one-handed capable

These preview images are actually very misleading
I probably wouldn't have bothered downloading it if I had know there is only one enemy type and only 1 sex position in the entire game
the previews suggest a heck of a lot more is available
but none of it has been added to the game yet

i wish they had male protagonist in the game with OPTIONAL futa so we all get the best game
