Hey, that's great to hear! Yeah, Sam was comically overdue for some real content (and will get more next update). And I'm always happy to hear people actually like the fight stuff, it's been a lot of my time investment haha. It was perhaps a little optimistic of me to want to do a great adult game + a great RPG, both are still a work in progress, but it's starting to come together.

Impregnation is hot as fuck, so yeah that will be a thing. However, dealing with the reality and mechanics of implementation is somewhat of a question mark. I don't think it'd be fun to lose control of Celica for several months ingame because you had unprotected sex once, for example.
It'll somewhat depend on how future progress goes, if I get to the point where I'm confident I can resolve the story within a timeframe that pregnancy won't ruin it, I'll add it mid-game; if it ends up taking too long I may lock it to later in the story or as an ending thing.
But I ABSOLUTELY want kids with Celica (and Sarah, and Metatron, and...) so it's something I'm keeping in mind.
Yeah, Metatron is definitely one of the more tomboy-ish angels. And all the better for it!
This is the correct take. Celica gets a hug in wind training 3 if you already got her romance going, but far more hugs are needed, and will be carpet-bombed given time!

You better think twice before implementing that. Yes its hot and pregnant sex is the best sex (thats why I never ever would do it in real life), but....story about the end of a world and pregnancy is not mixes well.
Plus, you should be dealing with childrens. You cant keep girls in a last stage of pregnancies state eternally.
I agree completely, that's why I've been so cautious about implementing it. I don't want to do something like Fire Emblem Awakening/Fates to cheapen the pregnancy. So it'll probably be something later in the game, possibly ending related. I just don't want to overpromise until I have a good plan in mind that makes sense for the story/setting.
Yeah... we had a bit of a bump with the romances going slower than I hoped, but I'm optimistic I can get back to things moving along at a good pace! Streaming dev is surprisingly good for content speed too, so I'm gonna try to do more of that. We're almost to 250k words this update, I'm kinda lowkey gunning for 300k in the next two at most.

Oh, absolutely. Her sex battle already shows her nude version iirc, and she'll have a proper romance as well. I love slimes and kuuderes, so combining both into one is... yeah.
That said, she is pretty kuudere, so similar to Ashley it'll be faster to get lewds but take more time to get to the mushy romance side of things.

Just joking that pregnancy in the late game/end game is really a 'game over' for all related characters.
Now that's fun. All the better when the good things come by. Now...how can the mc convince her to let him wear her like armor? There is no better armor than slime armor that can relieve the mc sexually and make attacks slide off of him at the same time.

Game should have an inventory system firstly, than an armor system secondly to have an option to have such option.

Both things are true but I have to be honest, imagining Aspasia taking care of the mc by becoming his armor/clothing is both hot as hell and kinda sweet. Not to mention possibly quite useful in combat. Possessive sexy slime gf sounds awesome though, particularly if the mc and she get more affectionate with each other because of it.
Oh I forgot to mention, I haven't played for a bit. Sam and Celica's art is fantastic! You have a great artist!
I am quite fond of them! It's been super cool to get art, I'm getting addicted to commissions lmao. It's so fun to see these vague mental images come to life as actual people visually.
But there are three different character artists, actually! 4 if you count Kuril, though he's not a waifu. Houpo did Sam, Mistimagi did Ashley, Sarah, and Celica, while Jiffic/jfc did Metatron, Aspasia, and Ina.

So something I noticed is that the normal difficulty says "it's balanced around romancing 1 to 2 girls" is that just a time into effort thing where it'll be more grindy or is that an indication of a sort of "some girls get jealous and lost trust, stick to one or two" mechanic in the future?
Also, *Maaaaaybe* with the pregnancy thing there could be some ancient succubus magiks where they "freeze" the development of the child since your on an important mission and once it's over it'll progress like normal? Idk just a thought about that so you can have your "I knocked up my waifu" and "we're gonna adventure for 47 years and be forever young" cakes and eat them too.
Also any plans for more monster girls? Particularly Lamias or Driders, definitely the best monster girls lol

Started with game for the first time.
I really like what I see so far but if there's something that bothers me a ton it's the absence of any damage feedback. It doesn't need to be floating numbers, just text appended at the end of the skill use window to tell you how much damage you just did would be nice.

Expectation: blades, spears, clubs, etc.
Reality: digestion of everything organic that shell be able to reach in combat
The idea is that if you just go through the game normally, you should be able to fully romance and keep up with at least 1, maybe 2 girls, without any grinding, just following the story. If you want to romance EVERYONE you'd have to rerun stuff more for T/A. Obviously, balance is a WIP, alongside the game.
The succ magic thing is actually an interesting idea. I'd have to think about how it'd work and what in-setting could actually do that, but it's definitely an option if I decide to go a little harder on the pregnancy. Thanks for the idea!
Yes, there will definitely be more monster girls. We'll be running into quite a few (both playable and nonrecruitable) in the mountains in particular, and honestly for most of the game. The humans just ended up kinda frontloaded cuz of the childhood friend thing. I'm not big on SUPER monstrous monster girls, but future ones will definitely be more obviously inhuman than say, Sarah/Ashley, though to be fair they (temporarily) lost their horns in particular and will likely get those back eventually.
Lamias and their ilk are EXTREMELY high tier waifus, I have at least one in mind.
Spider wise... I have an arachne in mind, not sure if she'll make it into the game yet.
I fully agree. Switching to having art for enemies meant we lost visible health bars for them, and right now it's kind of a mystery what anything is doing.
My goal is to at least get text damage to display ingame next update, it's kind of a pain given how the battle system works but should be doable. At some point, I'd like to bring back enemy health bars too, if I can find a decent way to show them.
Glad to hear you're enjoying the game otherwise! Improving the admittedly poor UI is becoming a much higher priority for me now that I'm not constantly running around trying to put out fires so to speak.
