Oh, I hoped I don't have to do it. I'm unsure how to make or upgrade them.
I've crafted and upgraded anything I could so far. Maybe miss some components that I still need to grind...

Cheat Engine Table
My CE table for the version 1.0.6. My scripts search for addresses dynamically, therefore usually my tables persist game updates, until the developer changes function/code that I patch.
Therefore the table don't need to be updated after each game update. In case the game gets more updates, please try it out first before reporting to me that it's outdated.
Features
General
Tips:
- You can use Cheat Engine's native Speedhack to increase game's speed. Together with "In Dungeon" scripts, you can set everything to 4x speed and enable Auto-Explore. It will fly you though dungeons and farm materials while you can go AFK.
- You can use the Items Add Multiplier script to craft many rare materials for cost of 1. Just enable the script and change the Multiplier value to 200 or something before crafting a rare material, like Iron or Gold Ignot etc.
How to use
1. Install latest
2. Unzip the Divinely Colored Maiden.CT file from the zip archive
3. Open the CT with Cheat Engine and make sure it runs as administrator
4. Open the game
5. Activate (checkbox) the first script "Divinely Colored Maiden vXY - Table vXY" to attach CE to the game
6. Activate or deactivate features through checkboxes

Nice, I was looking for this a few days ago. I'd resigned myself to a 10 hour download because all the other links looked like they were trying to harvest my organs.

I appreciate the MTL. However, since this is a Unity game, translating words can only get you so far. Let's hope Kagura pick this one up.

which dungeon is this ? only 3 dungeon can be flagged and other two (water shrine and whisper forest) only add new floor. on note dungeon i already got is sacred tree cave, east forest cave and deep green forest
seriously ? but how ? only left those 2 weapon now and got 2 girls supposed on high level(already able to get Rina end, dunno about shia but all her current event(20 H-Event already done) and also Lucy (20 H-event done)
I am having trouble with story progression. I cannot proceed with the quest on east fortress or the picking up flower from the dungeon. For some reason I get to the last level it just keeps looping battles for me. It will say 3/B3 or B10/10 and just keep looping when I auto battle. Am I missing something here?
How to make a second sword or armor? There are enough resources, but the crafting button is unavailable. Is this how it should be, or is it a bug?

After looking at the game once again, I've no idea either how to make Rune Blade and Rune Mail.
I've done all events that I could and run through all dungeons many times.

EDIT:
Nevermind, I think I know what to do. You have to craft Enhanced Sword and Silver Mail. Then you can upgrade them to Rune stuff.
But I still have the issue, that it's locked for me.

Okey, I've figured it out now. You have to Enhance the sword and Armor until you can "Evolve" it.

You have to "Enhance" them until you get the option to "Evolve" them.

And for the ones saying they cant upgrade a weapon/armor, it might be because too much time has passed. Just remake the latest one you can and upgrade that. The game help (ヘルプ) explains it well enough:
