If not, does anyone know how to get a translation of the DLC?

Get it from the game thread. It has been updated with the official English DLC, no more online translator. As Meaning Less said the Japanese DLC installer was very particular, it needed the Japanese game and the latest version of it.

I was planning on tossing the dev a buck, buuuut if the f95zone download includes the dlc now... I just might.

Posted it here, and the game threads opening post has been updated. For some reason it's out on Steam but there's no sign of it on DLSite.

I... Do not intend on clogging up my steam library with more hentai games. I've gotten enough embarassment for getting called out by my friends on that.

Just as a tip you can always have a secondary account only for hentai games. No embarassment and you can still support creators on steam that way.
