Anyone gets the last part of akari tv watching scene as made the wrong choice even after unlocking the extra scene and have to redo it again

I also decided to try to launch the game and check if such a stupid mistake could have been missed? Apparently it seems so after all...
What did i do wrong im already in winter and i still havent gotten promoted even though im at 100% what am i missing
