Might be an obvious question but did you check if this file exist in your copy of the game? It would help to know whether it's that or if there's some bug breaking the game for you.

Yeah even with the True ending/ Back to normal ending everything just reverts to back before the demon battle royale happens. The characters act all happy that everything is back to normal and even the glasses girl that he bullies is mentioned but no mention of the yellow haired douchebag. So if things is back to the way they were before then he is back to bullying/ SA the glasses girl.
Well, if nothing else, in the ending where you keep the memories, he'll be probably too busy being drained by Iroha to assault anyone else.
There might be JP ones (not sure) but I think there was no one who made one for EN. It's a bit of a pain to find where certain materials are found, but usually it's categorized to be all from 1 floor. For example first skill might be (not sure) all from floor 1, skill 2 floor 2, etc. In the materials list in inventory the mats from the same floor are close to one another so it's easy to figure out from there.
