need to quit from skill panel first by entering it again or after you bought any skill go back to center icon to quit the skill panel. then you can save
but I was unable to collect collect the hypnosis resistant paint first in school to 100 and did not appear.
I cant seems to win the 3rd contractor the slime girl, she keeps healing and my damage is not high enough, should I go back to farming or is there any tips to this boss ?
Kill her summons, each time she summons more her stats drop. After 10ish (IIRC) summons she's really weak.
I assumed from your previous post that you already had Iroha realised she is hypnotized to trigger the objective to meet the student council pres.
to collect those points MC needs to be harrassed again by the students or checking the posters so she can gain the hypnosis resistant point.
I did it in 2 days. collect on 1 day and the next day refill some then break the hypnosis while triggering H-events while she broke out from hypnosis
You need to beat the first real world boss fight, then talk to the student council president during the morning or afternoon. After that you can go to the red-light district. I don't think there were any other requirements at least.

It's frustrating how I can't lose Iroha's virginity to a named npc (not just random) like school blond guy or book seller. I'm on chapter 4 and random people on red light district and sauna can only take her first time? bruh
Do you have the Rape Fantasy passive? If so, this is an intentional mechanic, otherwise virginity loss events are marked with a "broken heart" icon to help you avoid them.
edit: nevermind, I misread your post.. you're frustrated that she CAN'T lose her virginity. Yes, prior to chapter 4, there are very few opportunities. In fact I only started seeing them DURING chapter 4 (except for the sauna, which I noticed in Chapter 3).
I'm not sure which events are hard locked to chapter and which ones (if any) are tied to H stats), but the one's I started seeing during chapter 4:

It feels weird that the school went back to normal after beating the 1st boss 2nd time. Did everyone just forget?
its not that they forget, when a contractor is defeated they cease to exist, and the world effectively compensates for them never having existed, so to the rest of the world the fight never happened, hence why the blonde guy healed, Iroha remembers because she is a contractor and is outside that rule
whats "escape" ir ran away from the pervs in town and left the dungeon ton times each is there a mini game or mechanic im missing?
Like many RPGMakerMv / MX games, if you hit the cancel button from the initial combat menu you get the run away / escape options.
