Red-Light District is unlocked as part of the main quest, it's where chapter 2 takes place. Just keep going along the main quest and it will unlock.
Yeah, you might need to complete the next level of the dream dungeon too, I think I just forgot that part.
There is one skill that requires you to escape 10 times from battle. It's pretty straightforward?
It's not impossible, but there's only a single solution and there's no reward (unlike most other puzzles which give you a magic stat boost) except being able to skip the H-scene that gives you a Bad Passive.

OK, here's a suggestion for any time you have issues with a computer program. Just posting that it didn't open isn't really useful to find out why and fix it for you. Details are always needed. So, what type of system you're trying to open it on (windows, mac, phone, exc) as well as the specifics (widows 7, 10, 11, exc). What actually happens when you try and open it, ie literally nothing vs a black window that closes right away vs an error message. If there is an error message, read it (they often do tell you what the exact problem is) and then posting it helps a lot.
General potential troubleshooting, assuming you're on some form of windows. If it's an older version of windows, you may need to switch to japanese local to properly extract it (this depends on both the version of windows and extractor you use, winrar tends to have issues with non-latin characters in files when not in the language's local setting). Did you actually extract the file, since a surprising number of people try and run games directly from the compressed file. If you did extract, did you put the files in the default windows or programs folders, because windows often has issues with doing that. Check if your antivirus program or windows UAC has decided to block the game files.

the third is after chapter 4, I'm still playing so I don't know yet when the next unlock
Im stuck i just started chapter 4 and the action points (AP or intiative) is still 30/30 and many events are saying you need 35 ap points to continue... what should i do?
Have you tried visiting the bookstore like the game told you?
They sell books to expand your AP limit.
Here is the solution for the pipe puzzle. Note that this will do nothing aside from the succubus getting pissed at you and giving you a second "chance" to fail. I think you can a avoid a bad status but no stat increase.

Go to the courtyard area of the school. There's a group of students in the top left of the courtyard looking at a flier. That's the flier that lets you start that side job.
I seem to be stuck on Dreamworld level 4. I have collected everything, explored everything but have not progressed. Is there something I am missing elsewhere?
I am also stuck on the Nightmare of the Black Company. I have explored and fought all levels I can find. No advancement yet.
EDIT: Never mind about the Nightmare. I just hadn't spoken to the girl in the Park to complete it.
