No, I find 99% of the games to be unplayable and uninteresting. In general, the standards on the internet are low - guys find some seriously poor stuff "exciting". Have some self respect. I follow the updates of 1-3 games or so at a time, which means I only check back every other week or so.
Do you feel like a creep when playing these games too? Or feel like addicted?

The dopamine thing is real with these games. The dopamine hit of logging in and seeing a game you love has been updated is almost as good as playing them. A few years ago I made a hard rule to only check this site or play the games once or twice a week though. That has cured the addiction feeling.

I can't be addicted because I'm so picky that I'll be lucky to find 4 games I really enjoy in one year. And they're unlikely to have much replay value.

... I'm not sure I even find 4 decent games (recently released) in a year ...I think this just means you have some actual standards.
