Well, the premise always was, she starts out as a porn actress with the protagonist as the director, then they both eventually hook up.
Yeah but it is very casual about it, most of the time it just feels like watching porn, there is no mention about about relationships or jealousy or consent until the very end, and even then it's not a big deal, porn is seen as just a job.

What made you think a tool explicitly made for modifying games made in the UNITY engine (literally called the Universal Unity Demosaics) was going to work on some random Japanese game made in one of their bespoke and proprietary VN game engines?
Let alone a traditional Japanese VN with static PNG images with baked in mosaics? No tool is gonna fix that. The only place the uncensored versions of those images exist is an artist's developer server somewhere. They don't actually exist in the game. That mosaic filter isn't a separate object that can be toggled on and off at will, it's literally baked right into the image before those images are ever exported to the game engine. To decensor this, you'd need access to either the original images (again, not actually in the game), or you'd need to pay a very skilled artist to draw new uncensored genitals in the style of the current art (just like they do for fan translated and fan decensored manga).
