So it was a bad ending by all means, one that you couldn't foresee as you were focused on your goals and doing 'the right things' to do in order to achieve them, but it was also a perfect one, at least for me. So yeah, everything depends on the story you want to tell and the way you actually tell it.

It is pretty subjective. It depends on the overall theme, the characters and the plot development of the porn game.

Even happy endings can be subjective. A female protagonist who becomes addicted to sex but retains her sanity might also be a happy ending.
