Did Dob at some point release new episode faster than we currently have? I mean, I always wonder and decide to check his patreon. He just started posting back in feb 2019, and its not the genre that we waited. It seems that there are many episodes in total from time when he started creating this genre than releasing monthly since then.

The Episodes had less animations and were shorter. So yeah he released a bit more of them at the start. But honestly I dont care as long as the quality is good. I am not even caught up with his current work since I watch them when the mood strikes me instead of when they are released.

Are only the animations that have the same girl related to each other and have a sequel? Or is the whole collection related to each other and should be seen in a certain order?

All girls have their own sequence(sequels).
There is no link between different girls except in few episodes.

Every choice except the last one is pathetic in the 3DX world. Even the last one is mislabeled,. That's simply a tame Pumping Pole. No character with a little head. Where's the Pleasure Pounder or the Wrecking Wang?
