I have a rather large monitor. Any bigger, and I'll need to sit on the other side of the room. As far as settings, I'm tried changing the display resolution for my screen, but every option I have just seems to cut the picture off in a different way. I'm clearly not as technically intelligent as some on here. I'm not sure what other settings I would change. I'm fine with just not playing this one. I don't often have issues like this. Sounds like this game has been buggy for everyone anyway. So thanks, i'll just find something else

Saved games seem broken. Can't load while in game. All saves don't show. I would recommend reducing the calendar to daily. Calendar goes blank after 2nd year. Having negative fans for the modelling game makes no sense should be capped as zero.

Hey, dev here! Thanks for the feedback - I'm working on fixing the game-breaking bugs rn and will upload a patch soon.

Things I can replicate and have found a fix for:

1. Saving not working after buying obedience gauge
2. Settings not saving
3. Amara breaking the calendar
4. No way to return to start menu from in-game

Things I can't replicate (and can't fix):

1. Using the stethoscope on Shreya twice
2. The student health checkup
3. Doping Samara

Things that will take a little longer:

1. Reworking the modeling game. Right now, it's basically impossible to play - but I'm working on making it fun for the next update.
2. Better music
3. Gui fixes for low-res

If you hit one of the bugs that I can't replicate, please send me the Unity game logs so I can figure out what went wrong!

don't know if the doctor part is tired with the modelling part... because after a certain point you stop getting patients and you can only do the modelling stuff, and that is broken as hell, whatever i do the other modell just steals my fans, i quit with -78000 fans, yes negative 78 thousand fans, while the other modell had around 80000 fans... and she just stole 5000 of my negative fans at random and i could barley stela a couple of hundreds back...

The game is not in a very good place right now...

Most of us have seen and played thousands of games, but never made one. Give the dev some encouragement and time to fix the problems, he is just a newbie and is willing try.

I have tried both the guard of merchant city and the imperial gate keeper and love both. If you like these 2, might I recommend another one.

Game is broken but can easily be cheated.
The save files are under "AppData\LocalLow\CosmicKumo\Doctor Simulator\data"
And they can be opened with a regular text editor although I advise using SaveEditOnline to have it formatted better.

If you change too much the game won't be able to find the save file anymore.
So far I found that changing money, amount of chocolate and lollypops works fine.

This way you have enough items to see every girl.
Give them 6-8 chocolate bars and you're free to do anything with them.

%appdata% is a quick code that points to appdata\roaming, \..\ jumps back into appdata.

also, the calendar breaks no matter what. i disabled the character by setting the unlock time to really high and the calendar still stayed empty.
