The Last Sovereign is imo hands down the best story of any game I've played on this website. The game is also getting somewhat near completion which might be a + for you.

Not a definitive answer because I haven't played much of this one yet but the first hour of Ariadne: the incarnation is some of the most compelling and tense first impression I've ever had playing a hentai game.
