You can't download it all at once cause the files are too large. You need to to download each comic individually.

Can someone please make one broken into actual parts? I have everything up to beyond 400, so getting ones going back hundreds seems senseless. If it was actual, independent collections of 50-75 issues that would be, I would suggest, more sensible. Then people could download more of what they need. That should also satisfy most requests for 12 different recent ones, too.
