For pills, progress the story until you unlock the hospital as a hunt location, that's the best place to farm them in my experience. Eventually they'll also be sold in the shop.
For mental state, find girls who have no traits and match them with clients whose present is a trait with positive MEN Change. +800 MEN Change is the breakpoint for MEN no longer decreasing at all (as long as she doesn't get pregnant), so once a girl has that, avoid other trait presents with that girl.
To make sure you can avoid bad presents, keep a bad-looking girl on purpose, she is your skip button. If a client offers a present you do not want, offer her so that he picks your rival instead.
So i managed to run the game but i just cannot delete the savedata. I dont even get the option to delete the savedata folder its just grayed out, its also not set to read only so i dont know how to proceed with this

Bruh, I tried to get Kikuchiyo post ending but ended up by found the secret ending(?)
All the member are lvl 10 feeling (At least 10k feeling) Maybe that's the cause.

I see a lot of people complain about how hard the game. And I know how hard it is in the early, especially the first time meet Lu Bu.
But if you want to play the game easily, just progress the story until you unlock Anepic (it's a late game dungeon tho) or there is another option for leveling in a little bit early game. Progress until you unlock Amor (mainly dungeon for dona dona tho).
If you can beat this dungeon easily, continue your progress until you unlock Industry Plz. You can leveling here before Anepic.
Of course the leveling part is annoying. But, if you can lvl up some key characters into lvl 40-50 you can beat the game easily after that.
PS: I only focus on Kikuchiyo. Just save all item (MP and VP) for her + PUT -mp cost badge.
Beside her, I recommend Tora, Antena, Kira (since they have AOE skill), and Zappa (if you need Tank)

as someone beat the game in around 70 days without many of the feel effects for the sake of getting the alternate h-events, it can be a pain due to how the game practically expects you to always be grinding, it can feel like you're a mile behind the enemies in terms of health and damage at all times, not to mention the rng of it all, sometimes your attacks one shot, sometimes they don't, sometimes you live an attack, sometimes the enemy gets a crit, ambushes, the shop being random, the girls you get being random, pregnancy being random, all that under a time limit, meaning you either hope you get lucky tommorow or save scum the rng till it gets good, save scumming isn't fun, now you could argue that for casual players, a bit of grinding will be fine, and that's probably true, but the amount of effort makes one ask one important question, do I care enough about this game to not just cheat and skip the grind, chances are? probably not
