I found a way to run it in the browser. you go to the WWW folder and run it from the html index. but it constantly stops to show me error messages about the audio files. I can play it, but it is extremely annoying.
I'm able to run it through Wineskin on my Mac, but none of the text shows up. Previous versions didn't have this problem with Wineskin.

Finally got it to work on my Mac. Rather than using Wineskin, I went ahead and downloaded Wine itself. I used the most updated version there (Wine 5.0).
could you pass me the link of where you download it please? I looked it up on my own but the page only downloads a folder with utilities and I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or I just don't know how to use it. help?

Saves are in game directory \www\save. Just copy your old save folder in new version. There may be issues tho.

Ok, Rosita needs to do less damage, grab you less, and get rid of Gas Gas Gas attack, it auto kills you at full health!!!

Every time I get Rosita down to 2 or so hits I make sure I fully heal and she still 1 hit kills me, it's stupid. Can somebody please just post a save where you beat her and submit please.
