If you don't want to make a game, you don't have to do this. Look at what crap your game has been updated with. This is a piece of shit!
Is this your reaction to playing the latest update? If so, I am not looking forward to seeing what's been "Added".

Gonna take a wild guess that it's gonna be some ludicrously bad AI art again. Dropping an update in less than an entire year is very much unlike Deka. Guess ChatGPT and the AIArt bot he has worked overtime.
Yeah with these recent updates I've stopped supporting Deka and his BS. It's a shame, I like the characters and stuff in the game, in particular Rosita and Madeline, but the game itself is going to shit recently. I'm not even sure if what Deka said about Shakie taking too long is true. Maybe he just wants to pay less for the art lmao.

So here is an interesting post

Important Changes

I hope everyone had a good time during the holidays and I wish everyone a happy 2024. We have kicked off the year with the drop of Early Access for 9.9, which isn't a massive update, but sets up the ground work for the lore expansion and the addition of Ruby in 10.0. With that said, we have some important information to share regarding the future of our work.
First things first, I personally feel deeply thankful for the longtime support me and my team has been receiving throughout the years. We all know 2023 in particular was rough, and while a lot of supporters left, a lot of them still remained and kept with us. We want to give back to this community the same way you've given to us. Thus, all official updates to our games from here on out will be posted for free. The content will no longer be paywalled and you won't need to be pledged/subscribed to my Patreon to download the latest released version. However, we still want patrons to have some benefits, so the official Discord channel will still remain mostly for patrons, Bitch Boys and Puppies will still be the only ones participating in polls and Early Access will still be locked to Puppies. We will also make sure EAs release in a more playtested and stable state, so being a Puppy will actually have the benefit of being able to play early, instead of paying to chase bugs.
We are currently putting up a version of Domina, with the more extreme scenes stripped out, that we are going to post on Steam for free. The way we'll be handling how we're distributing updates after this is still being debated. There's a point to be made about going to Steam full-force, which will probably make everything easier and streamline the way players transfer their saves from older versions to newer, but that would mean all extreme content and fetishes will need to be separated and applied on top of the game as a patch or something similar, so there's still some thought to go into this. Your advice will be appreciated.
Other than Steam, I'm also personally looking into porting Domina for mobile. The process is a bit more complex than initially considered, but I think it's worth the time; we all really watch porn from mobile after all. As for a Mac port, Domina's version of RPG Maker has dropped support for it years ago, so I'm not sure if it's possible. There is however mac software that allows you to run Windows applications, such as Wine, that reportedly works with Domina just fine.
In other (and bittersweet) news, we have decided to stop development of Maple Hills College. We have realised that developing and managing two expansive games like Maple and Daemonum 1 & 2 is a bit of a stretch for such a small dev team, and ultimately would just make both games suffer both in quality and update speed. We are choosing to focus solely on Daemonum Imperatrix instead, which is what we're known for in the first place. Progress on Ruby has already started and the foundations for Daemonum 2 is already being built (on the newer RPG Maker, so Mac support for that will be possible). All the work for Maple Hills College, the art pieces and dev work, will not go to waste, as we are transferring all our assets to a second dev team. These are friends of ours and already experienced in game dev, and will probably be able to do more with Maple than we ever could. I will also be personally helping with Maple development in my spare time, so if you're a fan of my work, you'll definitely be enjoying what they produce as well. MHC will still be a femdom game and will still primarily follow on Domina's footsteps. We'll talk more of this later on as we have more to share.
Lastly, I recently found out the Wiki page has been taken down due to nudity. I will be rebuilding it porn-free ASAP.

Thank you for the read,

He really should move to Miraheze. Making a sfw of the nsfw page will still lead to a take down.

Dropping MHC is a good thing. The game was D.O.A.. I do love how he says all the assets were distributed to some other dev team so he can have someone else to blame when nothing ever comes up when his sheeples start questioning him after a while. Y'know, it's never Deka's fault, ever.

Hey it wasn't DOA! It was aborted after years of no growth.

Now he can't claim to be working on two games and with AI art in full steam I wonder what excuse remains. Well I have not been a patreon for years so its not like its any skin of me if he delays forever.

Thank you for sharing this update here. I am sorry to see MHC get sold of seeing as I have been developing some fan theories for how it fits into the Dekaverse. Not to mention I wanted to play it for it's own sake as SCC was my unexpected gateway into expanding my kinky spectrum.

Once again there's that name change, I still very much dislike it as it's difficult to pronounce, a change from the original, and is completely unnecessary. I still say the name should be Domain.

As for the lore expansion, I really hope Deka keeps it simple and focuses almost exclusively on the goddesses and their origin. Adding those short books worth of lore would just be overly confusing and impossible to keep up with content-wise. Not to mention increasing the chance of writing himself into a corner.

As for removing the more extreme content for Steam, I am of two minds. On the one hand I'm glad to never see another gas, scat, or guro scene in the game again. On the other and though, I hate censorship and really dislike how Steam pushes their puritanical bullshit onto devs Ie: Poring the dev of Castle of Temptation.

As for the Wiki, that was taken down due to them purging any h game wiki regardless of how cleanly it is written. Mirahaze is where the Monster Girl Quest, Monster Girl Encyclopedia and other ones migrated to. That would be the best place for this games wiki to go.

i remember last time i played was like 9 month ago (not remember the patch) but after playing it again i decided to play it quick (by chosing duelist with daggers, which is in my opinion the fastest way to defeat dominas) however i noticed that the mastery attack for the dagger (the one that hits 5 times in 1 turn) always deals 0 damage, not sure if its a bug or a way to nerf the attack (surely seems the 1st one though), just to let you know.

Turns out Dekarous re-posted his wiki on World Anvil. Not much has changed, but there is some new content, including a whole article going into detail about Katrina, who apparently smells like musky blackberry. Here's the link for those interested. He also name dropped the two Dominas that were slain before the events of Domina.

You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.

Additionally, Dekarous created his own subreddit for all things Domina related, if anyone is interested, here's the link for that too.
