Does the new dungeon actually have anything beyond just higher level encounters? Is there a new M&M to be found at the end of it? Can you use Lara as a character (she starts with 90 bond rating during the fight)

Since I hate when it happens to me, enough to just not want to play a game, I'm fairly liberal with marking spoilers.
All her scenes are fatal (or at least gameover).
The first one involves shrinking you for use vaginal masturbation, killing you in the process. Swallowing your body afterwards has the unexpected result of massively extending her own lifespan.
I haven't watched the remaining scenes yet.
