where is the save location eh? or any other way to cheat im using cheat engine and did not find anything on it

and number indicate which save file it is
i did this and worked first try easy, but sadly i failed the run and savelocked myself so went backwards like 17 days, keep trying to do it now but the numbers just keep resetting themselves back to what they were before and i can't figure out why =( any idea?

No reason to cheat in the game but one thing I want to know is how the hell do you get fine steel so you can create the Katana. It takes so long to kill anything with just the Saber Knife. Also should you install the chip in Emma?
