First, download Termux either from the developer's GitHub or Play Store, then input this command one-by-one

termux-setup-storage
pkg upgrade
pkg install nodejs (after this command the line becomes green. That means you're good to go. If it's not green, try using VPN since some resources can't be downloaded because of government's restrictions)
cd "/storage/emulated/0/<Game folder>/resources"
npx asar extract app.asar app
rm app.asar

Then open JoiPlay, look for the game and make sure you choose the index.html file as your executable file. Do not choose the .exe.

I remember being able to extract on older phone but not current one. Maybe someone can provide Joiplay ready version as a zip here?

How exactly do you update a DLsite game with a patch? With h-games on Steam it's relatively simple, either the game updates itself or the publishers put out a new patch. But how does one go about patching a DLsite game with relative ease and hopefully not losing any save progress?

Assuming it's a standalone 1.08 and not a patch you'd probably be fine just unzipping the contents, after copy and pasting a backup of 1.07's folder, into 1.07's folder and overwriting everything. If that's scarier than your tech tolerance allows you can make a new folder for 1.08, dig your save out of wherever 1.07 keeps it, and pop it into the same location in 1.08's folder.
If it's a non-executable patch then same steps as above, only the new folder for 1.08 wouldn't be an option.

cmiiw, usually you just redownload the file from dlsite.

it usually have updated the file to newer version.
and you just need to copy paste to the old folder

Only implementation of the 4P scenes is left, but there is an issue on how the author will implement them. For example, the dialogue during sex can be sequential or overlapped. Sequential dialogue is cleaner, but the overlapping dialogue has a sense of realism. Personally, having an option to choose between them would be nice.

They also plan to add more illustrations featuring your wife and the 3 attendants. (I hope for an illustration featuring all 4 pregnant tho)

TLDR: All voice acting and English subtitles are ready; they plan to hopefully finish the update by the end of December. However, it may be delayed by February next year if they plan to further improve the quality.
