Nothing happen. Dont know what to do. My character move so slowly even with the dash one and after the first night the "dash on" dont work anymore, so i just walk at an even slower path... And since there is only 2 save slots i'm forced to crash the game and restart the first day ! Still dont know what to do, spent an hour trying to interact with every corners of map and every items i can find in the game at snail path and nothing happen. Please kill me.
Wtf is wrong with game devs nowadays ? They just dont want people to have fun ? There is so much games coming with game mechanics that have no other purpose than making player lose time. Is this because of AAA/gacha games that try to make you spend money to avoid the time sinks ? Why ?

How old are you btw? It's meant to be an adult game and not too adult to be over 60. I'm not giving anymore hints within the game than it has already (0.4.4). You probably haven't played a lot of rpg maker games or any older games in general to say it's more of a grind nowadays and it clearly shows.
For the dash, it's literally mentioned in the Help option first-page why it's disabled (0.4.4). And if you expected the entire game to happen day-one, then again, this isn't for you!
You deliberately crashed the game because there are no save slots? What are you even trying to say?
Other than that, nothing else you mentioned could possibly help me improve. I have received a lot of detailed reports from actual players that I'm working on to critically improve the game.
You should've dropped this game after 5min mark. It's on you to have played for hours and still couldn't figure out what's going over your head. This is a free demo, drop it after 5 mins if you don't like it.
One common problem in building is that free customers give terrible and often abusive advice

The game looks very promising but it is grindy and tedious.
What I think can be changed for better:
1) Allow player to run without drinking coffee. If you want to add difficulty, just reduce daily income a little, nobody would want to grind same route every day at the snail's speed. Planting a cam is pretty much impossible without coffee anyway.
Or make it so you can buy some kind of coffee machine, or daily coffee delivery, or whatever, that allows you to run right after you woke up (without the need to press buttons, just have a wake-up text "you woke up, you've drunk a cup, you can run now").
2) Don't make people run to the bathroom every single night. Make it so the cam is more expensive but can live for days. Running there is not hard, it is tedious.
3) Make more events for the day cleaning. Right now there's literally nothing happening 80% of the days, and the events that happen are repetitive. I would take more of this events over other locations expansions.
And some personal preference, I hope there would be a route where player's revenge fails or doesn't happen and he is dominated without turntables.

There are a handful of endings planned and in the works. There might be something similar to this.
I had considered it like that but it's already been developed along with a lot of other mechanics. Changing it now will be breaking a lot of those things. I will see if there's a way to do it in another way...
Yes, some are in the works. But cleaning will become an occasional (possibly non-existent) thing after some time.
As for your other points, we have discussed most of those here way back. The 0.4.4 demo might need a few more hints which should make some of those concerns totally irrelevant. I had designed it to exactly like what will be in the full game so it could be a bit misleading. There are intentional misleading factors as it will feature mysteries and puzzles, and it will reward players for cracking them. Like cracking Elize's safe in her room.
As for now, just play the demo very casually. No need to do everything every day!
