You don't rest, you just press Z and you'll see the clock go forward.
It's in the second main mission I believe. don't worry about it that it's missing if you've only done the 1st one.
if anyone has a full save with all scenes unlocked i would apreciate it, looks like i missed some of them and im a lazy fuck who doesnt want to repeat the missions over and over with different characters for the triggers
