Dragon Conquista is one of those "come for the porn stay for the plot" kind of games. I might even go as far as to say I would recommend this to people that aren't on a porn site if there was some sort of SFW version of the game!
The sex scenes themselves are, all things considered, pretty good. A lot of scenes outside of battle do reuse CGs but the scenarios themselves are quite fresh. Some of the scenes get quite kinky too. Most enemies you can fight have some sort of mid-battle sex scene, but I hesitate to really call it "battle fuck" since you only get a scene if you lose on purpose. I personally would have liked it more if some enemies touched Reiri more during combat; I had it happen with a goblin once but I had no idea how to retrigger it. A handful of enemies also have extra scenes after you lose to them, which can be a nice surprise.
However, I was surprised that I found myself actually enjoying the plot quite a bit throughout the game. I thought that it especially picks up in the latter half, where there are purposely less enemies with sex scenes so you can actually focus on the story. Both Reiri and Merumeia have good chemistry with each other, peaking towards the middle of the game.
This game additionally has a lot of pregnancy-related content. The "hospitalization events" last an incredibly long time, and I personally thought they could have been cut down a bit. I also respect that they have the option for you to skip the birth scenes themselves. Just keep in mind that, even if you use the item that prevents you from getting pregnant, certain events still will result in it.
Lastly, what inspired me to get around to writing this review was going through the post-game content. There's a surprising amount of stuff, including a route with an otaku manga artist which I found a pleasant surprise. Not only was it unexpectedly funny (especially as a Yugioh player myself), I did NOT expect to find metacommentary in a porn game out of all things.
Dragon Conquista definitely sticks out as one of the best HRPGs I've ever played. Even if you're not into some of the weirder stuff in the tag list, I genuinely recommend giving this game a shot.
