Finished the game and overall I'm satisfied, if anything I can say I like this one more than Kanami's game, although Kanami still holds a place in my heart as a protagonist. I liked both the story and combat more, the lover choices are okay, lol. Definitely Komoru>Gonzo even if he's probably the canon love, Komoru is the better story in my opinion. I definitely feel sequel baited with Kanami's chat in the hospital about a possible unknown dragon out there, and Reiri even saying she's ready for the next big evil to fight in the future to Merumeia. So yeah, I'm already ready for the 3rd game when and if it happens.
The religious city of seleme was the best section of the game BY FAR. I loved the game, but it was my favorite to play through and replay.

Halfway through it and man, I genuinely didn't expect the dev to come up with a better version of the hospital segment in the first game, yet here we are.
This game's shaping up to be an easy 10.
Also besides Falke & Co. showing up in Samurai Vandalism, Kaname showing up in this game actually made me smile a bit. The good hentai devs are actually pulling off cinematic universe shit with their own IPs, that's great.
EDIT: BANAMAEIR OUTDOES HIMSELF YET AGAIN. There's not just one, but TWO extended story segments in the game.

Hi all, does anyone know if there are significant changes during the pregnancy segment if you've been knocked up by a human or a goblin ?
EDIT : Well, I've got my answer by progressing to the religious town. Everyone is surprised you got knocked-up by a human before the hypno-goblin and they're not quite sure what to do with the baby. Once you're back in the capital, you can go to the church to the North, and learn that they received a baby girl with blue eyes from the religious town. The priest decides to raise her. You can even see her crawling around in a room inside the church. Oddly wholesome.

I think they just suck at the game if they couldn't get past that easy slime. Imagine them fighting the final boss, lol.

Yeah that update doesn't do anything really. Very minor bugs and I had no issues.
If it was game adding patch then sure, but if they do add the fix then okay

Genuienly questioning some reviewers intelligence or do they play for 5 minutes and then type out some half-assed review?
Then also clearly displaying that he never entered the capital or progressed the story enough. Story that woulda taken like 20-30min tops to get to the capital, 40min if you fuck around in the port town a bit until you realize the pub scenes are repeating and dont change after the 2nd time. Which seems to be a sentiment that's shared by a large part of the negative reviews so it makes me wonder if they even got any further than the first village.
Like what are we doing here expecting some AAA game from an RPGM game? All RPGM's offer is good story and/or good H-Content, this game has both. Good combat is a nice bonus some games can have but imo it doesnt have to have some groundbreaking mechanics if the other parts are great. Usually repetetive overused combat can be ignored if you have MTool to just godmode your way through it, but I digress. This game's combat mechanics are simple but they're more fun and creative than the generic RPGM combat so that's already a huge bonus.
At most if I were to play devils advocate for someone is maybe going 3 stars which is in a way fair if thats the way someone feels, but 1 star = terrible because "I was too lazy to get past the first 3 segments of a story-focused game" is just absurd.

Yes. This game seems designed for the player to get stripped in battle and lose fights pretty frequently. The fact that it's so piss easy kind of makes it hard to engage with a huge chunk of this games content in an organic way.
It actually kind of reminds me of games that have a half-assed virgin route.
The difference is in those games you have to play in a certain way to skip most of the content, in this game you just have to.... not suck at this very easy combat.

Counter argument:
Just play the game to the end for the story considering it's good and also ignore the large chunk of non-combat related H-Content that was far more interesting than any combat H-Content will ever be anyway, then go to the Recollection room and lose on purpose as much as you like to whomever you like or do so after finishing the story since the world opens up to more content anyways (except certain bosses but w/e, recollection room has em).
If the only type of content one enjoys is rape and forced pregnancy then yeah, most of the scenes will be locked away for you and you have no "real organic" way to engage. Although wait no, you do.
If you follow the story line and instead of focusing on earning money by means of combat and instead explore towns, jobs and NPCs in a curious way, things come naturally and the MC slowly opens up to sex in a pretty decent way.
In fact, this was the way that can be approached naturally if one doesnt tunnel vision on combat sex:
- Tavern Job in Port town, groped a lot
- Florist Shop guy who's taken her heart, her virginity and made her addicted to sex with him
- Garrison prostitution to earn money again as she spent it all on equipment in the capital
- brainwashed sex with goblins in Seleme
- groped by horny homeless dudes in the slums and watched a dude jerk off
- went to the beach for a break, taken by bunch of playboys
- sold herself in prison to a bunch of dudes for money so she could send a letter
- finish story, do prostitution in pleasure district where theres plenty of content to be explored
Besides, exploring the world for content rather than constantly getting combat raped in an RPGM game is the meat of it, no? Combat rape being a thing you can avoid is a good thing also if one wants to lose her first time or w/e to a specific enemy or NPC, no?
I personally really despise games that force scenes and combat rape onto the player because if I wanted to have no choice I would just watch porn and if I wanted to have serious engaging combat where losing = rape I'd download a bunch of skyrim mods. This is an RPGM game, there is limits. And even if there are a very few rare gems that do, one has to make some compromises if other parts of the game shine brightly, which they do here. Although for me this one is a rare gem all things considered.
Side note, combat is easy for the first part of the game but gets harder later on. Stupid me never bought out all swords at the blacksmith so I was stuck with the sword from the garrison, making me significantly underpowered for the later chunks of the game. To say combat was engaging for me would be an understatement, it wasn't a cakewalk and losing could happen fairly easily depending on the enemy.
