Only two things really come to mind for criticism for me, at this moment:
1) Half the sex scenes have no CGs. I understand that maybe writing is easier for you than creating the CGs, but I really urge you to dedicate time to fixing up that skillset so you can have better pacing between the two going into the future.
2) I dislike when an "optional NTR" game is actually just "Pick the vanilla OR the NTR route" and there's no friction between the two. I don't know what your plans are regarding the tie-in between vanilla and NTR content, but I feel like if you are going to have both, then I should have the means of influencing both paths THROUGHOUT the story, rather than at a single point at the very start. Take the university scene for example, just give me the choice to elope with her to the bathroom for a quick fuck or not. If I say no, Randel approaches her in my stead. Optionally, also give me an option that can decrease her likeability rating with MC, like trying to have sex right there in the lecture hall which makes FMC storm out on her own because she doesn't want to have public sex.

Personally, I'm not against NTR games having vanilla content in them. Paradoxically, I am usually against vanilla games having NTR content in them though. Mostly because NTR in a vanilla game usually ends up being too avoidable and so feels out of place when you
don't avoid it. On the other hand, vanilla content in an NTR game can feel "rewarding" for putting in the effort to avoid all the NTR, although a lot of NTR games just have a "vanilla" ending with no actual vanilla CGs, which is just as frustrating.
I guess what I'm trying to get at is that your best bet is to write this game like it's an NTR game but focus on really rewarding Vanilla route in order to really sweeten that pure love ending. Content wise you can still go for 50/50 although personally I think skewing more toward NTR, like 65/35 or so, really helps drive the idea that corruption is easy(and more rewarding), but staying true in spite of that can still have its just rewards in the end.
