I press start and just a black screen and I can only press pause and that's it, nothing moves, there is no picture and even no text.. Just a black screen, what's the matter?

Hey people, i don't know if you still need help with this, but if you do, try changing your system language/locale to English. I had the same black screen problem and this fixed it for me.
