I don't mind lesbian content myself, but I will never understand why devs insist on forcing sexual acts like that. Because it's an "adult" game and has to include it for everyone? I mean, who really benefits from that? It just feels like them saying "I took the time to make the scene so you are seeing it no matter what".

I don't think is a forcing something, or at least it is not in my case. The problem is more in the coding and quest structure. In this case it is linear, meaning that you need to complete quest 1 to be able to do quest 2. This is the reason, in this case, that no content is avoidable. So what i do when playing games and a scene is nothing for me, i just skip trough it and don't watch it.

Okay, so you seem to have confused a KN with a VN. Following in the same steps as many other "sandboxes". It will just be fluff to make the game seem longer. And apparently all of those planed tags will also be unavoidable. All you need now are fake choices. Oh, wait.... Every definition is a character or technical.

First you say you don't think you're forcing anything, and then you tell us that all the scenes are mandatory, so you're forcing us to have them.

And also say that they just skip through scenes they don't like in other games yet proceeds to add mandatory kinks to their own. If they do it with one nothing is stopping them from doing it with all of them. I can't speak for anyone else but I don't think pimping out an LI is particularly romantic and it sure as fuck doesn't jive with a harem.

So i will try to answer all of these in one.
This game is and will be a linear visual novel with some sandbox parts in it like earning money and playing minigames.
Why linear?
I don't like to miss content when playing a game, so i want to be able to 100% a game in one run, that's one reason it is linear. The second reason, and maybe more important i am new to creating games and have a limited knowledge of coding.What my goals are with this first game is to finish it, add quest and extras, sandbox elements, mini games and so one.
With this said it would be simply to much work to make every fetish someone wants to see, or not, selectable.

Forcing to me sounds a bit overly aggressive, as this is a game i create for fun and free, but in the end, yes you have to will have to play it thought.

This i something i will not change in this game, i will however take it into consideration for future games.

A sandbox and minigames probably aren't something someone with limited coding skills should do. I also don't see how making minigames and such is somehow less work than adding a simple branch or choice. You could even do it without any tracking variables. They would be fake choices but the player would actually have a say in it. It's just basic renpy.

dev ,...make ur own game the way u want,...but my 2 cents,...
players are partially hate or love 2 cats: ntr[netorase,netorare,swinging,sharing,losing the li] or harem[depends on if is full harem or a technical one],other kinks are lesser one's,maybe incest the toher big to player's,.
now about a visual novel with sandbpx elements is not bad when the sandbox and the grinding dont overload the linear elements,..if is like 80% linear and 20% freeroam quest ,is ok but when is 50\50 is bad ,from my expericne this kind of games are better in rpgm not in renpy and not witha rookie coding the game[sorry dev],
i dont think the animations are 100 % a yes or no in any game there are big games that dont have even one,.so dont fret there,and dont care about ppl asking why there is a lack of certain type of thing in any game,...make ur game ask for advice in the many threads of coding and 3d rendering and graphics in f95 ,ppl will help and u can take those in consideration advices that work for u,...last thing ..good luck with the game RN953DCG
