Managed to beat both difficulties through the power of cheat engine, you get nothing for beating her, so i guess it's a game for subs / masochists.
If you want to cheat, value type is 'double' for stamina, hp and oxygen.
hp starts at 120 and stamina at 110

How do you cheat health and stamina using cheat engine?

hook cheat engine to the game,
set type to 'double',
start a match,
search the value you want before you get hit. 120 for hp, 110 for stamina.
And then just search 'reduced value' every time you get hit until there's one left, or a couple if you're feeling lucky.

if you can't find the value you need before you get KO'd, don't start a new search, instead just start another match and again before you get hit, do an 'exact value' search of 120/110 or do a single 'increased value' search before going back to reduced values.

This is a tough game, but I managed to beat it without cheats. My advice is to hit her three times with the left before holding block and using the right. I block after I use the left jab and it's really a game of endurance and waiting out the round to regain stamina. I don't know how many rounds it took, but it felt like 12 after knocking her down at least 5 times. When she no longer flinches with the jab, hold block, then hit her with the right and repeat with jabs.

I haven't seen much Dream Knockout fanart period. As for what happened, BlueBowser99 just disappeared without warning or explanation. As of now they've been gone for about 3 years. Their last known activity was on their DeviantArt page
