My problem is that since day 1, Charlize's quests have been telling me to complete Taylor's quests first. I followed Anon4321's advice until I finished Avril and Lin's quests on day 38. When I tried to start Charlize's quests, it still said to complete Taylor's quests first, but I can't find Taylor. What should I do?

Unfortunately, you need to start a new game, build up your stats as far they go, DO NOT manually edit them, wait the 30 days, go to the music store, and then only concentrate on Avril and Lin until you can’t progress further with them, only then do you start with, Charlize, Emma and Megan, that was my advice

I downloaded this pdf and followed the instructions exactly as instructed, got my main character stats right as instructed and completed Avril and Lin's quests. Now when I try to start the challize quest, I can't, it says I have to do Taylor's quest first, that's the problem I'm having.
Just tested my copy of 1.0

looks like it's not a bug, the developer seems to have reorganised things and has possibly made it more linear on how to do things, i.e you need to follow a path and cannot pick and choose who to start with
which means, if I'm right, the walkthrough I created starting with 0.9 will have to be redone, and unfortunately it's going to take a while
and from the looks of it, the next step after Avril and Lin, is Megan, you'll have to leave Charlize for another time

make sure you download ALL 3 parts, place all 3 in the same folder and extract part 1
after extraction, size will be around 8.17gb

Depends on what part you are stuck
like if it’s Lin, and you don’t have access to her place or the subway
then yes, you have to start over
making sure to start with Avril and Lin before anyone else
otherwise, check the hints for the others
like in the case of Megan, if it’s something about torture, then concentrate on Charlize and Emma, until the hint about the torture changes
