Ok that helped. Now it works as it should. I thank you many times for your help and for your patience with me. And then I learned something new, with what to do when the game is divided.
Don't take it the wrong way, but what are you using for extracting that .rar file (yes all those parts combined are actually one file)? I personally use, and can really recommend, 7-Zip. It's completely free, and embeds perfectly in your file system. I have no problems with any compressed files using this program. Oh - And if you want a good file manager (and not that Windows garbage), I can also fully recommend the (also completely free) Double Commander. 7-Zip also perfectly integrate with this program. Using those two spares me a lot of headaches for sure.
Unfortunately, any final save will most likely give you the final scenes and send you back to the main menu, unless it also unlocks the gallery
so, just in case, I've also included the persistent file, hopefully that will also unlock the gallery for you
TESTED: placing the save and replacing the persistent files in both save folders will unlock the gallery

backup both save folders, delete them, and place what I posted in their place
you need to replace both persistent files, not just the one in the main game folder

I told him no if I remember correctly but it's right at the end of the game when he catches you with his sister at the table and then you apologize in his room. Then he starts me on the phone. Go to his room at night for the date but only the sex scene, nothing more.
I'm assuming, you're talking about Emma when you say him and not her,
you're supposed to say you had a girlfriend, and she'll forgive you and that she overreacted
